Hi, I'm Taina — psychotherapist and suggestion therapist based in Helsinki, Finland.

I've spent years working with people who are exhausted from pushing through — through stress, anxiety, burnout and the constant pressure to be okay. I've seen how much changes when we stop fighting ourselves and start working with our bodies instead.
I created slow.ok because I wanted to make that kind of support accessible to everyone — not just in a therapy room, but in everyday life.
